Born from a personal challenge that changed a life forever.
In 2014, our founder Shubham Dubey suffered a life-changing accident that resulted in a C4-C5 spinal cord injury, leaving him quadriplegic. Overnight, everyday activities that most people take for granted became dependent on support from others.
Even simple tasks required assistance, and one of the biggest challenges faced by Shubham and his family was finding reliable, trustworthy caregivers and support staff. The search was difficult, time-consuming, and stressful. Finding someone who was skilled, dependable, compassionate, and verified was not easy.
Through this experience, Shubham realized that his family was not alone. Thousands of families across India face the same struggle when caring for elderly parents, patients recovering at home, individuals with disabilities, newborn babies, or loved ones who need daily support.
Before his accident, Shubham was pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and had gained experience running small businesses. Life took an unexpected turn and the BBA went incomplete - but he chose to transform a personal challenge into a meaningful mission.
What started as a solution to his own caregiving needs gradually evolved into Dil Se Care - a platform dedicated to helping families find reliable, verified, and compassionate caregiving professionals.
To make reliable caregiving support accessible to every family - and to ensure that no family has to struggle alone when searching for trusted care.
