What we collect

Your phone number, used to sign in via WhatsApp OTP.
Your name, email, city and area, only after you provide them.
Details of requirements you post, so we can match caregivers.
Payment confirmations from Razorpay (we never store card details).
Call activity between you and our coordinator, for support.

How we use it

To connect you with verified caregivers across India.
To process your subscription and keep it active.
To send notifications about your requirements and account.
To respond when you reach out to our coordinator.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

View and edit your profile details any time from the Dil Se Care app.
Request a copy of your data by messaging our coordinator.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Withdraw consent for notifications from your device settings.

Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, hosted in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Payments are processed by Razorpay using bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
